XELLZ is holding its 2022 Annual General Meeting this year, online as well as at their head-office on May 23rd of June at 15:00h CET.

In line with the Articles of Association, the invitation can be communicated by email and via our website (investor.xellz.com). Certificate/shareholders who will not be attending the Annual General Meeting online may arrange to be represented by proxy. Please let us know who that will be in advance of the meeting so that the meeting link can be shared properly.

On the morning of the AGM, certificate holders will receive a link and instructions to attend the meeting online. There will also be a conference phone number for those that cannot link via internet.

Date: 18/05-2021  |  AGM Meeting.
XELLZ is holding its Annual General Meeting this year at their head-office on May 27th 2021 at 15:00h CET.

The meeting shall be held online due to Covid-19 restriction for our certificate holders to travel and the restriction of our office in the reception of limited number of people.

The meeting will highlight the usual agenda point as well as the positive development of XELLZ and the exciting times we are in. The future looks bright, but there is still a lot to be done and many investments to be made before we are well on our way.

For all certificate holders, we ask to RSVP as soon as possible and if you are unable to attend, feel free to notify details of your proxy holder.

Earlier this year we have established a new operating entity to the group, being 24shore B.V. With 24shore we hope to get into the offshore industry which is slightly different from what XELLZ  does as project logistics management company.

At the same time we have established 24shore SBS (Supply Base Services) Limited in Ireland where 24shore is working on a large opportunity in the port of Rosslare as well as 2 more ports on the West-coast of Ireland. All these opportunities are related to the offshore wind renewable energy industry. XELLZ  hopes to widen its footprint to the total list of services.

So far, we have received very positive reactions from the industry and are in discussions with potential customers. 24shore shall be involved in a total investment of €60 to 80 million in the next few years.

The AGM will be held on May 28th, 2020 at our corporate office in De Kwakel, The Netherlands, and online via video conference line. Details will follow soon.

All invitations will be sent out soon.

If you receive the invite, please send your RSVP as soon as possible with the remark whether you'll be present in person or online. Online details will be sent a few days ahead of the meeting.

XELLZ Nigeria has been fully agreed with our partner in Nigeria and the entity is being set-up over the next month. Nigeria is an important strategic location for XELLZ as the capital projects in Africa and specially in Nigeria are ramping up. On the other hand, Oil & Gas companies are demanding a more project driven approach to their project logistics, which XELLZ will compliment.

Mr. Wieland Risse has taking up his new position as Executive Vice President Business Development in line with our company growth and development. In his new position, Mr. Risse shall now have a global business development role and take responsibility of over the Global Business Development Department.
